Making presentations

We need to make presentations and this is a great time to make a positive impact on others. We can really engage with others and enhance our total presentation, but so many people get things wrong.

This week I was at a conference where the slides were red type on a black background, not a good definition and I had to struggle to read them. Yet again people put too much detail on a slide so it was unhelpful.

Particularly at a conference, why don’t presenters do a trial run?

I’ve read an excellent article on the problems with presentations and you can access it here. Do go and visit!
