Did your weekend energise you for the week ahead?

I’m hoping you had a fantastic weekend, doing exactly what was right for you - perhaps chilling out, seeing friends, working around the house etc.

Too many people however end up working, and not because they want to.

For some people work is so busy that time has to be spent over the weekend on doing the job, and its easy to let work take over your life. If this was you, what could you do differently for next time?

Could you be more efficient with your time in the week?

If you really must do work at home can you limit it to 1/2 day?

Can you think of something you really do want to do - which includes relaxing in the garden and make sure you spend time on it?

If you job really does take up your weekends with no time to do what you want you need to make some choices, can you work less, or should you look for another job?

I’ve worked with several professionals working in city jobs who realise they can’t cope without tome to relax, and are heading for burn out. If this is you, look for someone to help.

And why not plan for a great weekend next weekend
