Leadership development – quick tip 3

Whilst working with a client through a development centre recently we looked at ways he could develop himself, here’s a quick tip I suggested that I thought you may also be interested in:

To develop the skills needed fgor persuading and influencing people you need to understand different approaches.

Taking the TKI assessment and receiving a feedback session could help you identify the approaches you are most likely to take and how to broaden your repertoire.

Alongside coaching and mentoring a very useful book to read is Influencing with Integrity by Genie Laborde.
