Bronze Career Programme
Take the MBTI step 1 to understand your personality. You can use this information to help enhance relationships and also to understand more about how you gather information, make decisions and preferred lifestyle. We then use this information to identify possible careers that match with your personality.
Take the Strong Interest Inventory to find out what sorts of courses and career, people with similar interests to you choose, thus widening out your options.
3. Have an extra hour of coaching, so you have 2 hours of coaching plus the two assessments. £180 (£200 if purchased individually).
Silver Career Programme
Take the Highlands Ability Battery. This set of 18 work samples will enable you to identify your natural talents. The results can be used right away to help you study more effectively and provides powerful self understanding to help you make choices.
You also get an extra hour of coaching. This programme includes extensive reports, CD of our discussion and additional reference material to enhance your understanding. One month of follow up (emails and quick phone calls) is included. Overall you get approximately 3 hours of coaching for £335, saving £20 on individual prices. £275 for students.
Silver Plus Career Programme
You get everything in the Silver programme, plus you also get to take the MBTI step 1 OR the Strong Interest Inventory, outlined in the Bronze programme. We also undertake an extensive exercise to understand your underlying values which can be a key determinant of career success. You are guided to undertake research, receive the Next Steps Booklet and have a 30 minute follow up coaching session. Overall you have 4 1/2 hours of coaching time £440 (saving £25 on individual prices).
Individual sessions
You may prefer to have discussions about your future career and life plans, perhaps to enable you to thoroughly consider a possible next step, or to discuss the impact of a choice. You will gain access to a wide range of exercises to help think more about who you are and what you want to do. You will be given individual attention and expert guidance to help you seek clarity in decision making. One to one coaching can provide an opportunity to work on a number of different areas:
- Think about who you are and what you want, in your work and personal life.
- Have some time to discuss how you feel about your current situation.
- Objective assistance in finalising a decision.
- Discuss what your next career move should be.
- Exploring ways of making yourself more marketable.
- Review a recent appraisal, or disappointment at interview or assessment centre.
- Take stock of your life and career and decide whether to focus on regaining the passion for your job or to make the transition to move elsewhere.
- Time to focus on you, especially if you feel you are heading for burn out.
- Prepare a strategy for a new job or to enhance your career prospects.
- Review a recent appraisal, performance review or assessment centre.
- A chance to reflect on the last 12 months and make plans for the year ahead.
£80 for the first session, £70 for subsequent sessions.
Career Discovery Programme
Be taken, step by step, through a process to understand who you are and really define what you want out of a career.
To really make the right career decision you need to take a wide ranging view. Follow this programme and you will cover EVERYTHING to make a well-informed career decision.
This programme will help you to take account of your:
