Clare quickly got promoted in the “blue chip company” she joined as a graduate trainee. She was on track for a successful career but recognised that as she “climbed the ladder” it was going to get harder to get the next promotion. She undertook this programme so she could see how to make the most of her natural style and if she should look for a specialist role. Mary and Lyndon came to see me as they were thinking about starting a family but both have high powered stressful jobs with considerable travel.
