On Thursday 24th, at 1.24pm people around the world are asked to throw their hands up in the air and laugh.
Whilst on holiday in Vietnam I spent an hour in Ly Thai To park in Hanoi, joining in with locals who meet each day to practice laughter yoga.  We clapped hands, breathed deeply opened our mouths widely, looked at each other and then laughed out loud.
The group wore santa suits and as they had some left over I was able to don a santa suit too. Our photos were continually taken with cameras put really close to our faces, and you can read more and see more phots here.  don’t you wish you were there!
Lots of benefits to laughter

  • Feelings of elation
  • Strengthens our immune system
  • Reduces stress
  • Creates healthy relationships
  • Reduces pain and discomfort

How about you, are you going to have a great laugh tomorrow, you might get some people looking at you but it will make you feel better, let me know what you plan to do, or how you get on.
