Career Coaching

Career Coaching will help you discover fulfilling work.

Maybe you are dissatisfied in your career, or perhaps you have yet to find your dream job. Maybe you have experienced frustration trying to do this on your own. If you want effective career coaching, I can help.

With 30 years’ experience, I have the knowledge and expertise to get you to where you want to go. I draw on theory (I’m very well qualified as a Chartered Psychologist and Registered Career Development Professional) and thousands of hours working with people like you. People who felt lost amongst the many options or lacked confidence to make a change.

Teenagers

Think about the costs to raise a child?
How much will it potentially cost for your teenager to go to university?

A career coach experienced at working with young people will ensure that any choices are well thought through and increase your son/daughters’ confidence level. Parents are reassured by working with a career psychologist with extensive experience in offering Career Advice for teenagers. The investment to choose careers advice for teenagers is just a small percentage of the cost of even one year at university.

Retirement Coaching

Are you ready for retirement? Do you need retirement coaching?
Most people focus on the financial side of retirement, will there be enough money for their future life. Whilst money is important, your life will change significantly and planning for the non-financial aspects of life is essential. I provide evidence-based retirement coaching. I’ve just completed my Doctorate researching the factors that lead to a successful retirement, I’ve been running Pre-Retirement Seminars since 1985 and regularly discuss this topic on the radio.

Job Search Coaching

As the author of How to Get a Job in a Recession, Now You’ve Been Shortlisted, Find Work at 50+ and more I understand how to get a job and can support you through all aspects of job search.

From clarity on your job search goal, creating a CV and LinkedIn profile, Interview Coaching and ongoing support, I have the expertise to help.

Wise Elder

We all get old – it’s the life cycle, but we can choose how we age.

For some it will be to remain the eternal teenager, chasing the youth of their past. Others slip into old age. They believe they are too old to do much. For others it is around external satisfaction – the holidays, golf, and nothing wrong with this.
But some people want more … they yearn for a role in society.
