Personal Approach
1. A personal service built on flexibility
You will receive an exceptional level of personal service where you are treated as an individual. Utilising career coaching, career counselling, career guidance and expert advice we will design a programme to meet your needs and budget.
In addition to the complimentary 15 minute consultation we can schedule an extended introductory session (chargeable but 25% refunded should you book the Silver Plus or Gold Programme) to work together to develop a programme that is perfect for you.
2. I focus on your budget
I will never encourage you to spend more than you are comfortable with. I’ll then develop a programme to meet your budget. With a smaller budget greater use will be made of distance learning and home study materials.
3. I don’t make you sign up for months of coaching
Choose a programme or 1 or more sessions, whatever is right for you. You remain in control and only pay for what you need.
4. Holistic approach
Your career is part of your life, and we can also consider your non work life alongside abilities, interests, personality, values and much more. Assessments, exercises, creative discussions, career counselling and career coaching sessions are offered to assist you in this approach. You may feel you have sufficient understanding in some areas, in which case we can move quickly on but you have the option to look as deep as you wish to ensure that you make decisions based on as much information as possible.
